Liquid Embodiment is a communal practice. We dance into movement, life’s fullest potential from beauty, freedom, and our assertive presence. Co-creating the practice out of our inner genius, we fusion the wisdom from Tantra, Butoh, Dance technique, bodywork, Breathwork and the juicy bits of our everyday life.

Giving depths and dimension to our practice, we invite the remembrance of our different bodies to awaken the ‘Total Body’ - that which expresses all aspects of who we are.

The philosophy of Liquid Embodiment is an invitation of the fire of our spirit to descend into the matter of our body, thus melting it and translating its full expression as pure movement - This expression affirms practice as prayer.

Just like in a laboratory, we research, develop and experiment how our ancient-futuristic bodies behave in space and time through different modalities, techniques, and the theme chosen for this class.

Expect to be challenged, to be stretched out of your comfort zone and to expand your sense of depth in this practice.

• The Elements
  The Theme of the practice “The Elements” is an invitation where we will dive into the 5 elements and their repercussion on our different bodies - The physical / emotional / mental / spiritual. Awakening uncommon wisdom and perspectives on how to practice and apply the teachings in our daily life. Navigating through meditations, soft and demanding exercises, individual and collective endeavors, there will be an abundance of opportunities for connecting with all aspects that you are. Developing a deeper recognition how these 5 elements play a mystical and often unconscious role within the interconnectivity that we share in our perception, will allow you to gain a new level of mastery over your reality.
  
  We will learn & deepen our practice of floorwork, conscious touch into Contact Dance, Purpose & Performance inquiries, Energy work, Improvisation & how dance relates from the individual to cosmic reality.
  
  Applying & practicing your presence in these spaces will grow and strengthen your ability to maintain focus, grace, and impeccability in uncertain and chaotic situations.
