For me everybody is sensitive.
You only need to be conscious to be sensitive.

We may find from time to time confronted with sensations, feelings, and layers of conditioning that confuse us and freezes us. We are bombarded with stimuli and input all day long, all the time. And we decide consciously or subconsciously the management of it. We are constantly given a flow of information. There is stability in that.
Your inner garden space is actually a treasure of information too, to be gifted, shared, and valued by all. Your inner realms are the treasury of the world outside. Otherwise how would the world enrich itself without the inner one?
Can you too, step up or show up with your inner world to the outer world?


Me too, I struggled from time to time with dynamics, relationships, sensations, and feeling misunderstood. But I found that, it is a very normal thing to not feel normal. Living in our time as humans is, simply put, not convenient. As long as we don’t clear up our thoughts, words, and deeds in alignment with who we are, will we keep and refuse our power and responsibility. And this all starts with your sensitivity.


Let me present you my body of work I am offering about enlightening yourself through sensitivity.

When navigating Sensitivity I have divided its understanding in 5 core fundaments

  • Sensitivity has a direct link to what you want or need in life.

    Your Will is bound to intention.

    Intention is a choice before a choice. (Connective tissue)

    A choice is bound to your interpretation 

    Your interpretation is subject to your willingness and belief

  • Your sensitivity leads freedom

    Freedom is a paradox

    Paradox involves contradictions, polarity, and the equilibrium

    Equilibrium requires movement which requires action

    Action is the grounding mechanism of your liberty

  • Your sensitivity is the way to who you are

    Allowing the alteration of who you are is vulnerability

    Vulnerability enacts responsibility

    Responsibility is agency, strength, and presence

    Being aware of your vulnerability is invincible sanity

  • Your sensitivity creates values

    Your values are created from what you appreciate

    What you appreciate is created from what has meaning to you

    What has meaning to you is created from what makes sense to you

    What makes sense is a reflection of who you are

  • Your sensitivity is a context

    This context is a system that you believe in

    Your belief is the interpretive structure out of which you live

    Your life is created from the inside & outside together 

    The inside & outside together is a trinity

Hi there !

My name is Cyr (pronounced as Seer),
and I help to embody and master sensitivity.

As a sensitivity coach, I enjoy navigating the mystery and being of assistance to sensitive processes. Such as seeing auras, living your soul purpose, and realising your self.

Whether there is hypersensitivity or numbness let me share my presence and sensitive architecture with you to regulate your infinite potential.

Why sensitivity?

We are born with all the keys to unlock all the doors. Yet, we are taught this is not true. Collectively, and I mean the collective consciousness, is living in massive amounts of denial. This denial only numbs and blinds our true nature which is sensitive. It is no secret that spirituality attempts to claim this sensitivity back; the unity with all that is. Deep down you are born with all the tools necessary to create the life of your dreams. I am just here to help you feel and realise that.

My Background

Born within a spiritual community, where daily meditations with the whole community were practiced, I have been acquainted with very pure, silent, and sensitive spaces since I can remember.

The natural striving of this community through the Transcendental Meditation technique has been to enlighten themselves and their surrounding, as has been proven scientifically (more about the science here). This technique refines your nervous system while accessing deeper levels of ressources and rest, incrementally day by day.
While I had my own skepticisms and questions about it for my whole life, and had long periods of abstaining myself from this technique, I do practice it again everyday.

My mother, being an artist and musician, with the support of my father, educated us thoroughly through the arts and our passion. I received an immeasurable amount of support to pursue my explorations in music, art, and physical prowess. This being said, I want to stress the fact how I have been educated in music and art and that it requires such a skillful & delicate maneuver of your body and senses.

From the age of 7, have I entered the world of dance and specifically ballet. And I started very quickly to practice 5 days a week before it became 6 days a week for the next 15 years…
Pushing your limits physically, and learning how to make very difficult feats and tricks require such a deep knowledge and understanding how the body works. This too, is essential in my eyes for mastering sensitivity.

I have been cyclically returning, refining and endlessly questioning the depth of my three roots of Spirituality, Dance, and the Arts.
With this as a background, I come to you proposing and offering my knowledge and understanding how to manage your sensitivity.
