THE ANTIDOTE TO TRIGGERS Owning your vulnerabilities, being aware of your vulnerabilities is the antidote to triggers. Think about it. Next time you are triggered, ask yourself: what vulnerability am I not acknowledging? Because your triggers are a reactive response for not seeing what is happening to you. A circumstance has changed the way you perceive yourself, yet you can’t grasp yet why and therefore feel triggered. Vulnerability is truly the right spot in which your heart erupts its beauty. It is the space in which you can talk freely. It is the frequency of enabling truthful connection. I pray for us to ask much more often ´How are you vulnerable right now?’ Try this out and see what happens in your relationships… especially if you feel that connection is missing. And know that when individuals do not acknowledge being vulnerable, that they lie and deny their very own nature.
