IN A BEAT OF A HEART

Oh… my most crucial topic… my heart.
What a delight and honour it is to speak about it…

I could not understand what listening to my heart meant for more than 20 years…
I was so absorbed in thinking to know, in the knowledge from the head, in fear of rejection, in avoiding pain, in avoiding feeling, in discarding visceral truth, in feelings of betrayal and misunderstandings… I was drowning in darkness and in many ways I kept myself drowning. My ego was lost and trying many times to defend, to prove, to justify why I should stay in some way miserable and un-relatable… Such a deep pain I have been carrying for years, and sometimes it resurfaces… Showing me how I am unwilling to relate with others.. And because of the healing journey I’ve been through from this pain in discovering my heart, it reminds me that I am not truly different than anyone. Not different than the one I despise the most, not different than the one I find ugly, not different than my enemy.

I had the utmost luck to have met someone - a woman that doesn’t fit in any label, but for the purpose of this text I’ll name her as a true spiritual master - that could guide me, teach me, mentor me in discovering my heart… And I could not have anticipated what this discovery meant to me… I literally found the answer to everything.

Listening to your heart cannot be done halfway.
There is no easy trick, there is no quick fix, there is no thinking in it.
Listening to your heart, in the way I have been taught, is a feat I have rarely seen. It requires an ALIGNMENT.
Very few people walk that talk day by day.
And I have heard many say that they listen to their hearts, and I know this sounds pretentious and maybe arrogant to some, but I believe that they don’t or only listen to a surface layer, an aspect of their heart. Which is still amazing considering the state of the ‘mental focused society’. But truly listening to your heart is to my experience a deeply visceral and grounded feeling that needs to be LIVED, not just felt, not just for a moment. It needs unrestricted dedication, devotion, and determination.
And once there, It’s so real, so juicy, so visceral, so direct, and so clear.
As I said before, it cannot be done halfway. It requires your full presence, your full attention, and your full choice to walk the talk of your heart. There is FULL mastery over your impulses needed to achieve that. You must be ready to sacrifice/gift everything away for it.

And I have to confess that it has been now 5 years I haven’t experienced that degree of clarity in myself while tuning to my heart. Because I’ve decided to channel, recalibrate, and align myself in a new way to express my heart.
It is an ART. The ART of the heART.
But I am inviting AGAIN utmost clarity of heart in my life.

And with that, it is my wish to invite all of you to join me in dis-covering the heart. To dive in a collective experience into the heart. The heart of hearts. To be in a supportive space of opening up our hearts. Firstly to ourselves… We deserve to see ourselves fully. And to also live that way, open, radiant, authentic.
Wouldn’t that be something you’d desire in your life? To be lovingly felt, received, understood in your day to day life?

I’ve created an adventure, a course, a meta-pilgrimage for you to walk the talk of your heart, to discover yourself, to express who you’re meant to be, to relate on a soul-heart-spirit way with others… Truly living in the heart dissipates all separation. And it’s not an easy thing. There is no quick fixes. But together we can be examples to one another. Together we can radiate and share empathically many feelings, share impulses from the heart that helps us ground in the world stronger. Opening up your heart - your self - to the world is a vulnerable experience. Cultivate honouring that vulnerability. It will bring you much further than you could ever imagine.
